What exactly is Excelsior? "Excelsior" derives from the latin dictionary meaning "Upward"...! The word came into my notice when I watched the movie 'Silverlinings' starring Bradley Cooper, a plot encompassing two beings that strive with a conflict with self, helping each other and with time passing by, they fell in love. But what's so utterly glimpse grasping about the film is that it inspires you in a way, distinct yet engaging. Fighting with a mental instability the protagonist Pat combats it for the girl he is smitten by; giving a blind eye to the signals but eventually catching up. Excelsior is the word you need when life might knock you down, falling on the face! It's the spirit you need to keep yourself ever upward, ever positive, ever motivated, No matter what life has wrapped up in the package of surprises, unveiling one after the other!!!   My existence is still a question for all the rest. How will I make it, till the end of dusk? My inner demons are perpetually strong......   But has failed, me to tear. In hope of tomorrow... Let's see how you handle today! Everything depends on this very moment. It might be difficult for now, and could get worse the following day, but the hope for tomorrow is the only way. A hope that things would work out for you, A hope that all your hard work will pay off, A hope that the pain in totality will subside, A hope that all your prayers will be answered. Stay put, for your day is ahead. It might get hard for now, but it would be better for the best. Hang on, you little ray of hope!!! The warriors of life are trying to teach you something. The incident that just happened , came into existence for an intention.   Lying on the couch, Almost entering into a deep sleep zone, I heard a recurring noise. Bang bang, boom!!!! Were they coming for me? The repetitive  pounding sound. Nervous of what that sound was, I peeped out of the door,  noticing smoke everywhere. Gathered all the courage I have, went to the veranda to get a conspicuous vista of the noises and what the fluttering sparkling light was. People lit up something with fire, that busted  and created noise. The noise was banging in my head through my ear as if a hammer hitting a nail 1000 times in an unbearable amplified Voice.  And they felt happy about all the smoke.  I was petrified of all the scenes, from the veranda of the road. Without investigating further in I headed inside hustling, entering the door from the veranda, taking the steps, without rethinking a minute, rushing to the room upstairs where Mumma was,  swiftly under the bed wagging my tail.  Yeah, you read that correct,  this is ...

Whenever we hear the word "India" an array of words appear in our mind, for instance bright colours, traditional attires, desi food,  customs, culture. Really,  what people around the world think about India,  is it really that way. Shedding light, on the actual aspect. A girl wearing jeans and a crop top, is criticised because she is revealing too much skin. Contrarily, a girl wearing a sari,  represents good upbringing,  is this our culture? When a girl is raped, its because how she dressed up, her attire was titillating, is what the people's reckon , is this culture? In the name of customs,  people get their child married at the age of like two. Is this culture? We discriminate on the bases of religion,  is this culture? We are a nation, comprehending of many religion,  we combat throughout the year, but unite when it comes to supporting India, during cricket World cup. Is this culture? A girl cannot talk about what her sexuality, ...

Bring back once what was mine! Places, things, people belong to you, would come back to you, no matter what. Just sit there, hold on, and wait...! Striving for what belongs to you is just a part of the journey,  but the destination of what you deserve is still mysterious! We human beings are bizzare creation of the almighty,  we harm, we love, we hate, we assume,  we hurt,  we are a jumble of emotions! We ponder on things like, if that would have happened, would it change my present situation,  or if something might not have happened would that totally put me into another scenario. We are an encyclopedia of thoughts. Our thoughts are infinite,  and we stress on what we can't procure! Weird? Human mind assumes things without manifestation! Its like a humongous galaxy inside a brain, a never-ending galaxy of thoughts... Thoughts with which we enter into another galaxy.... We are the aliens, in the mind! Exploring a new universe of thoughts....

The question one holds in its mind, why am I here...... what purpose is behind my existence, is it just to survive and die one day, is it to struggle and be known, or is it just to live because I was born ! Questions pop up in the mind, all the time.... ! People struggle all their life, for food, for money, for fame , for family, for love... Some struggle because they were abandon! why , why is that so ! The purpose of a living creature is to be born, reproduce and die and strive all its life... why is it that so? Some long for acceptance, some long for love...! Thousand spectrum of just one life............ why is it so exhausting..... Questions...Queries....Contemplation.....still no answer...!! The parameter of struggle varies, a child born to an affluent family, may not know the synonym of struggle initially, but that child realises afterwards, because that child was kept from all the malice things in the world.............. Contrary to that, a child born in a poor fam...

Contemporary generation supports women empowerment in a massive form. What is it,as a matter of fact? Reading the context empowerment in newspaper, surfing the net and getting to know about permitting women, what is it? The world portrays women empowerment as "women equality with men", is it actually so? Empowerment entails a lot of synonyms with it, one is to allow. Are we giving authorizing  women to do what they can, because it is the 21 st century, and leaving behind their work of handling homes and their daily chores. Or is it to strengthen them, because we are afraid of the fact that they are mighty on their own. It should be women enforcement not empowerment.It shouldn’t be a condition of handing over but a state of support! Women are the standing pillars in this nation. I still don't have a transparent idea of what coincidence or destiny is! Coincidence is an impulse action happening concurrently, with something identical. Destiny is fate, written in the book of life. Is that so? The Book of Life, of 7 billion people,  7 billion souls,  comprising of hundreds of chapters of each ones life. Some sections of love, some of grief, some of wound, some of accomplishment,  some of sheer bliss,  some of emptiness, some of regret,  some of guilt,  some of complication! Remember, the circumstance you are going through , all the 7 billion people on this planet,  has gone through or will be, in a vivid manner! Haven't thought about it before? It's a combat,  its a race of the supreme being..  Agree? Than why the notion of coincidence or destiny ,we reckon in? Why do we believe that it's written in the scripture of your Life. Why do we contemplate on the incidents that happen, and why we try to associate it? ...
