ON THE CALL- CHICKEN CURRY

On the call chicken curry, sounds weird , right? I tried this recipe of my mother's when she and pa was in Delhi , me and my brother(Abhishek.Francis) were at home, Nagpur . So, we both were bored with eating out, lets except the fact that when you regularly eat junk food all that tastes same . I asked my mother(Neelam.Francis) , this simple chicken curry recipe on the phone, and tried it, I can't say it was a ditto copy of her excellent curry, but i think my effort was commendable indeed. This recipe, doesn't comprise of many ingredients, and is simple cz its the basic indian curry. My brother and I enjoyed it with piping hot rice, and that was my wonderful experience..........:)

Seems appetizing, this succulent magnificient, compliment worthy recipe is my mumma's#Neelam.Francis I can proudly say that i replicate this dish with no flaws........ this is an easy,toothsome, fingerlicking dish. While, writing this article my mouth is watering...#seriously. this dish truly quenches the thirst of the eyes, nose and mouth. lets see how its made: MARINATE - 100gms chicken(bone/boneless) two small and dried red chilly powder two small tbsp turmeric powder salt(as per taste) lime juice of one whole lime one handfull of coriander one big tbsp of ginger garlic paste. 2-3 bsp of oil(can add to the marinate or can cook directly in it) STEPS TO COOK CHICKEN MASALA FRY - just chuck all the marinate in a pan of hot oil, that's it. cook well. serve with lime and onions.                                                    ...
