Ostensible, it is that how much I love mushrooms, I experiment with this baby always, and it never disappoints me , never...:-) This dish was not an experiment but was an invention by a hungry girl , that's me.....LOL One day, after returning from college I was so hungry didn't know what to do, opened the fridge I found these life saving button mushrooms and sweet corn packets, as they are always in my fridge for emergencies , like this one......... I simply just made this dish randomly putting ingredients into it........and Mamma mia , it was so good..........:-* that's why I want to share it with you people as well, especially the college going ones like me... ;-) INGREDIENTS - 1.button mushrooms 100 gms (38 calories in 100 gms) 2.sweet corn 100 gms (86 calories in 100 gms) 3. some chopped coriander 4.one tbsp tomato ketchup (30 calories in 1 tbsp) 5.salt(as per taste) 6.chilly flakes 7. a pinch of pepper TOTAL CALORIES -124 STEPS - Throw in all the chop...

REVIEW- BARISTA LAVAZZA...!

One evening, me and my friends decided to go for a coffee, to Barista Lavazza ,  Mahalaxmi Apartments,, Khare Town, Dharampeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010  ,as it is a famous Cafe' chain all over India and I am a caffeine addict, I sip on tea and coffee all the day . The place where barista is standing at present, was chocolate room once, and the negative point about barista is they did not change the interior and the couch, chairs,the staircase at all.... They just changed the colour of the walls, otherwise everything is just the same.  Whoever has visited chocolate room knows that nothing has changed except the name.  So, the ambience of the place is nice like a Cafe' should be, but the stairs oh God, those are freaking horrifying, the stairs are small and slippery and compressed, if somebody trips on those, he/she will defintely break a bone.......I betcha!!.....x_x We ordered Cafe mocha, cappuccino, cheese bread chicken kabab sandwich and potato wedges. ...

REVIEW- YOKO SIZZLERS

I explicitly remember, 2013 Eid afternoon. I went for lunch with my friends to YOKO SIZZLERS,  Imperial Court, Near Children's Traffic Park Road, 373, Late Krishna Khonde Marg, Khare Town, Dharampeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010.  The prices are not at all low for a college going like me. But the food and the quantity they serve , is simply worth the cost. During afternoon we were the only people there except the manager and waiters....of course...:p.....But its crowded at night.....  I will try writing in a more formal way rather than my casual one, that'll help me to improve..... !!! It's apparent, by the heading, that I am going to share a mushroom recipe today........!! I have a strong predilection for mushrooms....I find these fungus, flavor-full and the superlative trait about mushroom is that it absorbs all the flavor of whatever it's put into...*_*...and I enjoy this dish because of its spongy consistency....when you bite into it, the spongy flavor absorber, releases all the flavors in your mouth...like a food bomb....#KAABOOOM!!! The heading of this recipe might perplex a lot of you.......... some might think....huh! WHEN CHINA MEETS GERMANY what the heck is that............:p Its an attempt made by me....and believe you me, this attempt was gorgeous and tasty....^_^.......!!! I made this recipe in less than five minutes.......#astonished........ :-O........... A TWIST IN IDLI..........

I have a predilection for South Indian cuisine, its light ,healthy and has a hint of sourness which I just love. A TWIST IN IDLI ,is a dish with just a handful ingredients added to it... I remember ,when I was in std 12th  ,one of my friend brought this in her tiffin box, at first I was sceptic about this dish cz I believe idli tastes awesome as it is, why add something else to it. But after tasting it, I changed my mind , simple idli tastes yumm and adding a twist to it tastes simply aaaaamazing....(y) Innovative I must say, I added my own twist to this dish.... I hope my readers like it.........!! NOSTALGIC...........A DESI TOMATO CHUTNEY TRIBUTE TO DADI(grandma)..!!

Whenever, I eat this dish with pipping hot chapatis, I go back in the past.....feeling nostalgic....This recipe is a tribute to my grandma( Metilda Francis )......its been a year she is not between us....may her soul rest in peace...!! Where ever she is, she might be looking at me and smiling that I remember her dishes...:-)....I clearly remember ,when I was about 10-12 yrs old she used to cook different dishes for us kids, and tomato chutney is one them,and it tasted so good....She even used to make tomato ketchup at home...I have to dig out the home-made ketchup recipe of her's, from some where as well , I think my aunt will help me..................I undoubtedly, can't even replicate this dish #fact...........the taste,the essence and the delicate sweet and sour tomato flavour that she brought to the dish, nobody can..........I wish I could have that tasty dish made by her for me again, but that's impossible.............Never mind......:)..........at least her grand-d...

Good Morning readers.....Today before writing this post, I was pondering on the thought that am I a writer or an inventor :P ...................coz I invent my own dishes and post it for you........(only the successful ones...obviously LOL :p XD.....) This is just a simple sprout salad...........boring :P naaahhh.............. but flavourfull...................#oyaaa ;) I am not going to say much, ans start with the recipe cz I am feeling lazzzzzzzy -_-................ :D hehhehe!! Being blunt, I don't know how to cook... But i love <3 experimenting.......Whatever, i post here, isn't just a recipe or a dish ......but an ART created by me........and this gives me immense happiness......... SCHEZWAN PEPPER............China!

Many of you, know what pepper is ,how it looks ,how it tastes, for us pepper is black and when we put it in our mouth it hits at the back of the tongue because of its sharp taste. But there are 3 kinds of pepper, people viz; 1.Black(as we all know) 2.White(not as sharp as black) 3.Schezwan pepper(red pepper, that is hot #punch) . By the title of this post "SCHEZWAN PEPPER" its ostensible that i am going to tell you about it...........:P (obvious).......... So, this pepper comes from the Schezwan province of china , thats why the name "Schezwan". I guess all of you have heard about schezwan cuisine ofcourse..! Its quite famous. Schezwan cuisine is loaded with hot pungent schezwan pepper and garlic.............Schezwan  pepper is known in  Chinese  as  huājiāo  .... KOBE BEEF.............Japan!

Today, I am not going to share my recipe but ,post an information about KOBE BEEF(just a brief data) not much known to people in INDIA , I guess.This meat comes from the Kobe cattle belonging to Japan .Kobe beef is also known as Kobe Niku in Japanese.This meat is quite popular in the United States, which led to the creation of "Kobe Style" beef. Suprisingly, this Kobe cattle is raised giving massages, and beers for the high quality meat o.O..........! This meat is so delicate that, it can melt if we rub our fingers against it............ o.O.......... And the price of this meat ranges from $97.5 to hundreds of dollars....................*_* I think this meat is worth that much money ...............:P (yum yum) I wish somebody could sponsor my trip to US :P so that I could sink my teeth into this peace of perfection...........!! My third post.............lol....i am excited all the time heheheh...!!! This is a recipe loaded with smokey grill flavour.Whenever, i et this dish, i feel contented.............:) <3 I hope you people like it as well.......... And enjoy it as much as i do. INGREDIENTS- 1.one chicken tigh whole 2.grill pan 3.salt(as per taste) 4.coriander 5.half green chili- 7.5 calories in half green chilli 6.lime TOTAL CALORIES-102.5 STEPS-You just need to marinate the whole chicken thigh in salt,lime juice ,coriander and half chilli and let it absorb all the flavour for about a day or even a whole night..........and after that place it on a grill pan like in the picture above.........this thigh fillet will take about 10minutes to cook completely............. and serve it hot.......and believe me the smell of this grilled beauty is mesmerizing.............woof i am feeling hungry...........:P :D CHEERS                     ...

This is my 2nd blog.........and is super healthy like the first one i.e SAUCY GARLIC MUSHRROMS-82calories. This is a simple,healthy but scrumptous recipe ...you just need a few vegetables for it... So, here it goes people ;) INGREDIENTS- 1.a grill pan 2.one tbsp olive oil-40 calories 3.two brinjal(eggplant/aubergine)-114 calories in 1 brinjal 4.salt (as per taste) 5.one tomato- 22calories in 1 tomato 6.one onion -46calories in 1onion 7.one lime 8.chat masala 9.3-4  green chillies TOTAL CALORIES-336 SERVING- 4 PEOPLE STEPS- You just need to apply the vegetables some olive oil n salt and place them on the grill pan. and flip them after u see light black strips on them.........proof that its grilled :P place it in a plate squeeze some lime on it for the zing and spinkle some chat masala and enjoy this humble and healthy dish..............:)                                    ...

I am an average girl doing masters in mass communication and thought of creating my own blog as food is my passion....... i am so full of gusto right now.... lol.! here is my first recipe ........... i cooked it in less than 8minutes......... its SAUCY GARLIC MUSHROOMS.............
