TRAVEL TO SOUTH- DOSA, a mid night present.

Image
I live in Maharashtra, nagpur so I can't get authentic dosa's here....:/ boo hoo!! I had authentic dosa's in hyderabad, chennai but its been quite a while. The dosa served there is contrary to what its served here..... :|..... In south viz; andra pradesh, tamil nadu, kerala, Kannada.... The dosa's may vary from state to state, but the flavour what you get there , I never found that here, or in any other place except south. I love south Indian food and culture a lot,I feel a connection cz my mother is telugu...... :-* According to my perception, south indians are conservative, well cultured, educated and dedicated , humble people....... :) Oh I ward off from the main topic here, "dosa". My mother always keeps the batter ready in the fridge for me, as I am quite fussy..!(maybe that's why I am getting fat XD..) Jokes apart, I let the batter stay in the fridge for 4-5 days for fermentation till it gets a hint of sourness to it, I kn...

CHING'S MANCHURIAN NOODLES- A REVIEW!!

Image
I saw the advertisement my name is Ranveer chingaaaa........ :D XD :P.............. and was quite fascinated by the ad , as I like Ranveer Singh's physique.......:P #blush ^_^ lmfao......... jokes apart........ I thought of giving a try to Ching's noodles , I am quite bored of eating Maggie :/.......... Ching's noodles are quite pricey if compared to maggie one's and the packing is of good quality and the noodles are wheat flour based......!! that's all I can say, cause the noodles tasted pathetic..... :@ I usually use Ching's products in a number of my recipe's coz they taste soo good, but these noodles and the singaporian one's........... #gross as hell!!! After taking a of slurp, I was stunned, that what the hell did I just put in my mouth . For a change you can have it but not always, its that bad....... and the noodles which you can see in the picture above, is not exactly the Ching's Machurian noodles coz I added tomato ketchup,sa...

WHO ARE WE FOOLING.....?!

Contemporarily , human beings think life's a game.......life constitute of many components; grief, bliss, love, hatred, birth, death is an essential part of it....!!! There is a huge difference in the thinking of people of modern generation and the people who belong to the old generation...!! I ponder on this subject , many a times, and I am writing this article , because I want you to contemplate; on this as well. Don't you think, in olden days, the resources were scarce, but they were contented in what they had, and they found happiness and pleasure in things around them, but on the contrary, we who belong to the present generation are never contented of what we have. We have many resources , we have the money, we have the medium, but still we feel that something is incomplete  . According to my knowledge, people now-a-days suffer from depression more, as compared to the old generation, have you thought why is it so...?! The thing is , in olden times, the people where true ,...

THE MGHTY MUTTON SAMOSA..!!

Image
I don't eat mutton -_-...,... :D Still i am writing about it, weird?! .... But i do eat mutton samosa's XD .....bizzare me! I like these fried stuffed minced mutton triangles. They look scrumptious and tastes finger licking good. I don't exactly know the recipe of this dish cz my father got it made by a man, who is an expert in making non-veg samosa's. For vegetarians , there is prototype of samosa's, i.e; triangles made of refined flour stuffed with mashed potatoes, peas, chilly mixture. Contrary, to this, for us non-vegetarians (i might sound discriminating :p ) samosa's has a diversity, sometimes stuffed with potatoes, sometimes with minced chicken, beef or mutton. And that is delectable.  I know, i know..... -_- that they are high in calories , but remember that good things in life are either illegal, costly or fattening...... XD ...:p.....!! Do try these.... CHICK CHICK CHICKEN CUTLETS

Image
Sometimes, I get totally bored by eating chicken thighs, breasts and fillets...... So I tried something ingenious with chicken, I got chicken mince instead of the pieces. Threw some ingredients to it and that tasted like chicken heaven. I had these cutlets with bun, like an Indian burger. Everybody in my house loves it, we have this normally on Sunday mornings.............as its a lethargic rest day for us, so the dish should be heavy and comforting as well. My mother guided me during this experiment, otherwise, I would have made a blunder...!! Because of the supervision, this dish came out perfectly........... with no cutlets left in the plate. Here's the recipe- MIXTURE- half kg chicken minced one onion green chilly 2 chopped coriander a handful chopped finely salt red chilly powder turmeric eggs 2 gram flour(if the mixture doesn't hold in) oil PROCEDURE- heat some oil in a big flat pan mix all the ingredients as mentioned above and make small pat...
