CHICKEN MASALA FRY
I can proudly say that i replicate this dish with no flaws........
this is an easy,toothsome, fingerlicking dish. While, writing this article my mouth is watering...#seriously.
this dish truly quenches the thirst of the eyes, nose and mouth.
lets see how its made:
MARINATE-
- 100gms chicken(bone/boneless)
- two small and dried red chilly powder
- two small tbsp turmeric powder
- salt(as per taste)
- lime juice of one whole lime
- one handfull of coriander
- one big tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- 2-3 bsp of oil(can add to the marinate or can cook directly in it)
- just chuck all the marinate in a pan of hot oil, that's it.
- cook well.
- serve with lime and onions.
