CHICKEN MASALA FRY

Seems appetizing, this succulent magnificient, compliment worthy recipe is my mumma's#Neelam.Francis
I can proudly say that i replicate this dish with no flaws........
this is an easy,toothsome, fingerlicking dish. While, writing this article my mouth is watering...#seriously.
this dish truly quenches the thirst of the eyes, nose and mouth.
lets see how its made:

MARINATE-

  1. 100gms chicken(bone/boneless)
  2. two small and dried red chilly powder
  3. two small tbsp turmeric powder
  4. salt(as per taste)
  5. lime juice of one whole lime
  6. one handfull of coriander
  7. one big tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. 2-3 bsp of oil(can add to the marinate or can cook directly in it)
STEPS TO COOK CHICKEN MASALA FRY-

  • just chuck all the marinate in a pan of hot oil, that's it.
  • cook well.
  • serve with lime and onions.
