REVIEW-CLUCKERS, FUTALA.


Showcasing, Cluckers,Futala lake Nagpur, serving non vegetarian fast food.
This food chain specialises in fried chicken and burger as mentioned on the site of theirs and is owned by Mr. Naresh( no surname mentioned)
Accordingly, it is a much affordable imitation of KFC (Kentucky fried chicken).


Having tasted KFC dishes a lot of times, it is a 101% surety that Cluckers have tried to replicate it, it's not easy to copy the original KFC, but this food chain have succeeded a bit. People like this food chain, and they have a branch in civil lines, Sadar ,VCA stadium as well.
But, respectively people prefer the futala one cause they serve better than the VCA one.


Primarily, the Cluckers site in quite amazing, constituting of 4 options; viz home, menu,contact and nutrition. Its hilarious cause they serve fried junk food and has this nutrition telling option as well with no calculated calories explaining the nutritional value of foods... The practical irony.

Secondarily, Cluckers, at futala lake, is full packed most of the time with young people, especially hostel boys and girls. It's a self service place, with token system.

Tertiarilly, the pizza pockets are amazing, small squares filled with cheese ,corn and tomatoey goodness which were extremely hot.
The zinger burger costed 110 bucks, while the nano burger was of 60 rupees and the pizza pocket costed 70 bucks with 6 pockets in it......#totally totally worth the money.


Finally, The thick mayonnaise based cabbage slaw they serve inside the burger , is loved by many people.
But, as the burger patty is fried, it gets oilier and saltier, after each bite........that is a black side of the burger.
Keeping in mind all the aspects, it is very affordable, and doesn't get too much on the pocket.
so its a thumbs up for me.

Sometimes, I get totally bored by eating chicken thighs, breasts and fillets...... So I tried something ingenious with chicken, I got chicken mince instead of the pieces. Chilly chicken an amalgamation of India and China........as everybody knows its an Indo-Chinese dish. The flavor, and a punch of heat with the diced capsicum and onion everybody loves it. Well, I prefer chilly mushrooms than chilly chicken, but this tastes really good........!! Every Indian enjoys this dish at restaurants or hawker store with some noodles..... TRAVEL TO SOUTH- DOSA, a mid night present.

I live in Maharashtra, nagpur so I can't get authentic dosa's here....:/ boo hoo!! I had authentic dosa's in hyderabad, chennai but its been quite a while. The dosa served there is contrary to what its served here..... :|..... In south viz; andra pradesh, tamil nadu, kerala, Kannada.... The dosa's may vary from state to state, but the flavour what you get there , I never found that here, or in any other place except south. I love south Indian food and culture a lot,I feel a connection cz my mother is telugu...... :-* According to my perception, south indians are conservative, well cultured, educated and dedicated , humble people....... :) Oh I ward off from the main topic here, "dosa".
