BESAN KE LADOO................... WINTER BLISS ^_^..........!!

OH MY MY , I Love winters....completely , its the best season of all......... And it encompasses my most favourites festival that is CHRISTMAS *_* and NEW YEAR as well.
But I wait for Christmas the whole year. as I am a Christian I desperately wait for CHRISTMAS..... it the threshold of a new beginning that is the birth of CHRIST THE KING of all............... my excitment is so evident my god...........
And my brother is here in nagpur as well, to celebrate christmas with family, its 6.8 degree celsius in Nagpur, the lowest in nagpurian history............... chilling........ :p.....!!!
so i thought of making something heavy on the pallete yet yummy ...!!!
initially I was apprehensive about making these, because I haven't tried these ever in my life, nor I have seen somebody make it......!!!
My Mumma gave me a rough idea about these , so here it goes, I hope my viewers like it........... :)

DIRECTIONS+INGREDIENTS-

                                                       
  2. POWDERED SUGAR 2CUPS.
                                                           3.DRY FRUITS CHOPPED .
 4. MIX DRY FRUITS AND THE DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

Sift 4 cups besan (gram flour) through a fine sieve. Set aside. Heat 1 cup ghee in a kadai, add the besan. Cook on low heat for 12 minutes or till besan is well done & fragrant. Add ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, 12 coarsely grounded cashew nuts & almonds. Mix well, remove from heat. Let it cool. Add 2 cups powdered sugar, mix well. Shape into walnut-sized round balls. Cool completely. Store the ladoos in an airtight container.

As this was my first time making besan ke ladoo, so I didn't know me to make round shaped.... so these are the basic cookie shape, I hope you people will forgive me........ :P for the cookie shaped ladoos................ And they taste like a complete flavor of an explosion in the mouth and that's why the name winter bliss coz after having this my family felt contented which apparently brought happiness to me ........... :)
