MY VERSION- ASSORTED RED PASTA
Apparently , this is a desi red pasta dish my version, totally for the indian pallet.
Sometimes, you feel like eating something different with an indian touch to it, so i came up with this recipe.
You can use the leftover different pastas and boil them together, i got these assorted one's from the store, looks really good. For indans pasta is not a meal, and they don't really accept the term "AL DANTE" cz we indians like food thats totally cooked, we even prefer meat thats about to fall off from the bone. But trust me boil, till the pasta is "AL DANTE" tastes perfect.
Al dante means cooked so as to be still firm when bitten , and i think vegetables should also be cooked in this way , for the nice crunch you get when bite into it.
try it......
