Review- Eat Street Express.

Ever felt like a bear during winter's? 
If it's a yes, you and I are food struck, every season of wool, it's those days of the year where you just wanna sleep in the quilt, shove your faces into delicacies you have been abstaining during summer's, for that fit look, you need to brag around friends, for how hard you have worked your ass off to get that dream body.But in winter's avoiding the body and focusing the foodie goodness that becomes our motto.Zomato is my oracle of dishes,  narrating what is served where, where I'll get what I crave for, how my taste buds will get satisfied, u name it, it has all the answers!Chinese is an all time favorite,  we love desi Chinese. After exploring a lot, on the app I thought of ordering it online.It's so convenient these days, just a touch of the screen and it's on your doorstep, Viola! My target was set, Eat Street Express it was, I have been to this place, compressed but smartly decorated like a truck from inside.My heart ordered one chilli chicken and schezwan chicken noodles after a conflict with my brain, itching to order cheese burst pizza, which I ordered two days back, locking the idea of not being repetitive, cause hello I write reviews!!Zomato was real quick, giving me a 10% off on the dishes, summing 363 rupees with packing and delivery charges.They gave me an idea that it would take 70 minutes to reach my house, as this place stands on the other side of the city, I was okay with it, in a state of waiting for my order you can relate how curious you get, imagining of how it will taste, will it be like that restaurant, or will it be worst experience ever, or will it win my heart over? made those 70 minutes feel like a time period of 70 days.The rice had a redundant amount of chicken pieces making me more desirable of the rice, but the twist was it had cauliflower, that was crunchy, bringing a different curve to it.
They didn't even care to ask me, about the consistency of the gravy served as conventionally every one does catering a food chain, making them masters of their own mind and giving me a dry chilli chicken,  I felt like they are indirect in the message of what we serve you have to gulp that down. Chilli chicken was not, over the top but average in terms of taste.
It wasn't a win win situation,  swallowing dry chilli chicken with schezwan rice instead of noodles I ordered, that they didn't even cared to follow.
Eat Street express, has a sufficient quantity for two people with reasonable rates. Making it popular among college goers,  but difficult for rebellious people like me, who doesn't like what was said, and not put on, maybe they retaliated before hand........ Lol!

But after an hour of contemplating on the dreams of desi Chinese, it arrived. Sending schezwan rice instead of noodles, shattering my beautiful sparkly dreams of slurping those spicey scrumptious noodles of never-ending goodness. I recollected what I have clicked on, what they have confirmed on the phone, then checked on zomato and yes I didn't make any mistake,  the fumble was their's. 
And the tag line redefining street food, is definitely not to be trusted, cz the food they serve would be equivalent to the taste of the street hawkers Chinese at cheap rates.

Sometimes, I get totally bored by eating chicken thighs, breasts and fillets...... So I tried something ingenious with chicken, I got chicken mince instead of the pieces. Threw some ingredients to it and that tasted like chicken heaven. I had these cutlets with bun, like an Indian burger. INDIA AND CHINA- AMALGAMATION

Chilly chicken an amalgamation of India and China........as everybody knows its an Indo-Chinese dish. The flavor, and a punch of heat with the diced capsicum and onion everybody loves it. Well, I prefer chilly mushrooms than chilly chicken, but this tastes really good........!! Every Indian enjoys this dish at restaurants or hawker store with some noodles..... INGREDIENTS- 250 gms boneless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes) 1 egg white 1 tsp salt 4 tsp red chilly sauce 2 -3 tsp cornflour 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp white vinegar 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 big onion sliced long 1/2 cup capsicum (cut into big cubes) 1 -2 green chilies Green coriander and green onion for garnish Oil for frying PROCEDURE- Marinate the chicken pieces in egg white, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chilly sauce and 2 -3 tsp cornflour. TRAVEL TO SOUTH- DOSA, a mid night present.

I live in Maharashtra, nagpur so I can't get authentic dosa's here....:/ boo hoo!! I had authentic dosa's in hyderabad, chennai but its been quite a while. The dosa served there is contrary to what its served here..... :|..... In south viz; andra pradesh, tamil nadu, kerala, Kannada.... The dosa's may vary from state to state, but the flavour what you get there , I never found that here, or in any other place except south. I love south Indian food and culture a lot,I feel a connection cz my mother is telugu...... :-* According to my perception, south indians are conservative, well cultured, educated and dedicated , humble people....... :) Oh I ward off from the main topic here, "dosa".
