GRILLED VEGGIES SUPERRR HEALTHY....!!!
This is my 2nd blog.........and is super healthy like the first one i.e SAUCY GARLIC MUSHRROMS-82calories. This is a simple,healthy but scrumptous recipe ...you just need a few vegetables for it...
So, here it goes people ;)
INGREDIENTS-
1.a grill pan
2.one tbsp olive oil-40 calories
3.two brinjal(eggplant/aubergine)-114 calories in 1 brinjal
4.salt (as per taste)
5.one tomato- 22calories in 1 tomato
6.one onion -46calories in 1onion
7.one lime
8.chat masala
9.3-4 green chillies
TOTAL CALORIES-336
SERVING- 4 PEOPLE
STEPS- You just need to apply the vegetables some olive oil n salt and place them on the grill pan.
and flip them after u see light black strips on them.........proof that its grilled :P
place it in a plate squeeze some lime on it for the zing and spinkle some chat masala and enjoy this humble and healthy dish..............:)
