WHEN CHINA MET GERMANY WITH A HINT OF INDIA....




The heading of this recipe might perplex a lot of you..........
some might think....huh! WHEN CHINA MEETS GERMANY what the heck is that............:p
Its an attempt made by me....and believe you me, this attempt was gorgeous and tasty....^_^.......!!!
I made this recipe in less than five minutes.......#astonished........ :-O...........
This dish is an amalgamation of China, i.e ; schezwan chutney and sausages ,i.e ; Germany............:p and a touch of India as well with some curry leaves...!!
This is a sweet, spicy,sticky and garlicey dish...
I think, I have now cleared the sceptic look on your face...!!!
Let's see the steps now,
INGREDIENTS-
1. three sausages-chicken/pork/beef any(131 calories in chicken sausages)
2.lots of garlic(13 calories in 3 cloves)
3. olive oil(40 calories in 1 tbsp)
4.curry leaves
5. ching's schezwan chutney(33 calories in 1 tbsp)
TOTAL CALORIES-217
PROCEDURE-
Roast the three sausages before starting it to cook,for the smokey flavour....Heat a non stick pan well.....add 1tbsp of olive oil to it, throw garlic and curry leaves into it and let it cook well ..... Add 1tbsp of that spicy garlic ching's schezwan chutney to it ,add some water maybe be 3-4 drops and stir well..........Throw chopped sausages into it................cook for 2-3 minutes.............WALLAH!...........this sticky delight is ready to eat..........yummm...!!
