REVIEW- CAFE' MOCHA

You people might be thinking why did I post me and my brother's(Abhishek Francis) picture today...........
Today, I am going to share a review about Cafe' Mocha, located in Shivaji Nagar, Cement Road, Shankar Nagar,  Nagpur...............I don't consecutively post recipes, otherwise you and me as well, will get bored........You readers want some diversity in articles to read and I try to add that flavour in my writing ........so that you appreciate it.....!! ohh ..I work so hard for it...#sigh......thinking all day...... about what my readers would like to read........:P....I love y'all so much....<3....:-*...!!! :D
So, this one day I went to Cafe' Mocha ,Shankar nagar, with my brother Abhishek and cousin Kapish(not visible in the pic..the 1 drinking lemonade:P..)....!!!
We ordered a lot of dishes there......hurricane pizza, chicken pasta, country side lemonade, lemon ice tea, sizzler..etc....as it was a treat from my brother...:p.........we three hogged on the food like pigs.........XD............LOL......:D.......because we were starving and didn't had breakfast that day...!!
The food served in Cafe' Mocha is of good quality,................and the price is not low.............but reasonable(my opinion) and when we were are seated, the waitress came and placed her name card on the table ,to let us know that the person XYZ was serving us that day #impressive..........I think...............but the cons are that the service is not that quick ,we had to wait for about 25 minutes for the food to come....and we were ignored by the waitress a couple of times.#BOO YAH..:/.............because there are only 2 or 3 waitresses and they are busy attending everybody (n)...........and the cutlery was fancy, but the head of the spoons, knifes and forks were square in shape, but were uncomfortable to eat.....:p...........The place has a rustic feel to it......#old charm.....and is quite comfortable, huge windows,the traffic passing by,beds outside...swing,cozy couch(some butt-hurting plastic fancy chairs as well.........:P...)....!! It is a 3.9/5 place for a cafe.....!!! I am deducting stars for the cutlery and lethargic service..:p............!!! I hope the owner of cafe mocha reads my post ...LOL.....XD.......

Sometimes, I get totally bored by eating chicken thighs, breasts and fillets...... So I tried something ingenious with chicken, I got chicken mince instead of the pieces. Threw some ingredients to it and that tasted like chicken heaven. I had these cutlets with bun, like an Indian burger. Everybody in my house loves it, we have this normally on Sunday mornings.............as its a lethargic rest day for us, so the dish should be heavy and comforting as well. INDIA AND CHINA- AMALGAMATION

Chilly chicken an amalgamation of India and China........as everybody knows its an Indo-Chinese dish. The flavor, and a punch of heat with the diced capsicum and onion everybody loves it. Well, I prefer chilly mushrooms than chilly chicken, but this tastes really good........!! Every Indian enjoys this dish at restaurants or hawker store with some noodles..... INGREDIENTS- 250 gms boneless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes) 1 egg white 1 tsp salt 4 tsp red chilly sauce 2 -3 tsp cornflour 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp white vinegar 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 big onion sliced long 1/2 cup capsicum (cut into big cubes) 1 -2 green chilies Green coriander and green onion for garnish Oil for frying PROCEDURE- Marinate the chicken pieces in egg white, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chilly sauce and 2 -3 tsp cornflour. TRAVEL TO SOUTH- DOSA, a mid night present.

I live in Maharashtra, nagpur so I can't get authentic dosa's here....:/ boo hoo!! I had authentic dosa's in hyderabad, chennai but its been quite a while. The dosa served there is contrary to what its served here..... :|..... In south viz; andra pradesh, tamil nadu, kerala, Kannada.... The dosa's may vary from state to state, but the flavour what you get there , I never found that here, or in any other place except south. I love south Indian food and culture a lot,I feel a connection cz my mother is telugu...... :-* According to my perception, south indians are conservative, well cultured, educated and dedicated , humble people....... :) Oh I ward off from the main topic here, "dosa".
