THE SWEET AND SPICY MALAYSIAN CHICKEN SAGA!..................B-)
Good Morning readers.....Today before writing this post, I was pondering on the thought that am I a writer or an inventor :P ...................coz I invent my own dishes and post it for you........(only the successful ones...obviously LOL :p XD.....) These recipes are like my cute liltte babies.......the "apple of my eye"...!! :) <3
So, I consider myself as an inventor...........an amatuer one, ofcourse..!! :D HAHHAHAH!
Now, this recipe is my mumma's and brothers favourite , I sometimes add some egg noodles to it, so it becomes a noodle sweet and spicy recipe :P....(how inventive na.....I know XD :P.......)
Here's the recipe guys.......

INGREDIENTS-
1.100gms diced chicken(195calories in 100gms)
2.ginger(2 calories in 1tbsp)
3.garlic(4 calories in 1tbsp)
4.one onion(46calories n 1)
5.coriander
6.two tbsp tomato ketchup(30 calories in 1tbsp)
7.three tbsp schzewan chutney(ching's) -(33 calories in 1tbsp)
8. one dried red chilly
9.salt(as per taste)
10.pepper
11.water
SERVING-4PEOPLE
TOTAL CALORIES-406.
STEPS-
Its an oil free recipe as I use non stick pan, you can add oil but that'll increase the calories as well ;p......Now, heat a non stick pan and throw some julienne chopped ginger in it...... let the ginger cook for a while, til you smell the strong smell of ginger.....cz this is the base flavour of the dish. After that add julienne chopped onion,dried red chilly and garlic to it, and cook till the onions are caramalized. Than add tomato ketchup and schezwan chutney to it and add some water(the tomato kethchup brings the sweetness to this dish,but you can add a lilttle sugar, and the schezwan chutney brings the spicyness#fire.......and let it boil for some time than throw all the chicken in that pleasing sauce.........stir it well add coriander ,salt and pepper...and cover it with a lid ,till the meat cooks......
And this beauty is ready to devour.................:)
