MY IMPERFECT... PERFECTIONS..............UTTAPAM ...:)
I experiment dishes improvising at the moment............what I feel right I add it......LOL :P
Not every dish is a success, but some are...............and i post those recipes which are healthy and filling.
I have been collecting these pictures from an year as an experiment , and have come all this way.............
Writing and sharing my experiments , does gives me a soothing effect and believe me its therapeutic :) <3
I am not going to bore you people much now, n just tell you the steps of this recipe.
INGREDIENTS-
1.one onion(46 calories in 1 onion)
2.one tomato(30 calories in 1 tomato)
3.one and half cup uttapam/dosa batter+water+salt(65 calories in 1 uttapam)
4.one green chilly(18 calories in 1green chilli)
5.coriander(23 calories in 100g)
6.non stick pan
TOTAL CALORIES-182.
STEPS- Add all the ingredients viz; onion ,tomato,coriander,salt,green chilly into the uttapam batter and mix it well......now, this is an oil free recipe, so you need a non stick pan for it.
Heat the pan well and pour a spoonful of uttapam batter into it. Cook it well ,Cover it with a lid for half a minute.....and Wallah.......... your healthy , filling and satisfying dish is ready to eat :D
