A TWIST IN IDLI..........

I have a predilection for South Indian cuisine, its light ,healthy and has a hint of sourness which I just love.
A TWIST IN IDLI ,is a dish with just a handful ingredients added to it...
I remember ,when I was in std 12th  ,one of my friend brought this in her tiffin box, at first I was sceptic about this dish cz I believe idli tastes awesome as it is, why add something else to it.
But after tasting it, I changed my mind , simple idli tastes yumm and adding a twist to it tastes simply aaaaamazing....(y)
Innovative I must say, I added my own twist to this dish.... I hope my readers like it.........!!
INGREDIENTS-
1. two idlis (60 calories in 1)
2.one tbsp mustard seed
3.olive oil 1tbsp (40 calories in 1 tbsp)
4.one green chilly(13 calories in 1)
5.coriander
6.salt
7.turmeric/haldi powder
TOTAL CALORIES-173
STEPS-
Chop the two idlies in cubes....Add 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan......... add mustard seeds to it.....you'll hear a sizzling sound, than add one chopped green chilly,chopped coriander ,turmeric powed, stir welll...........After a while add the chopped idlies into it ...........add salt as per taste , Stir.........increase the flame for 1 minute...............and its ready to eat......hot hot twist in simple idli........... ^_^
